Employees are People, you Know?

That business model doesn’t work! It’s not sustainable!

For the past 2–3 years, these statements have slipped out of my mouth. It could be with small start-ups, established businesses, or freelance creatives. I don’t want to use these as a way to look down on anyone, but when all you do is read 10ks or look at how a business’s structure is, it becomes a part of the vocabulary.
